OSN Saturn (ОСН Сатурн УФСИН России по г. Москве; Otdel Spetsialnogo Naznacheniya Saturn) - Moscow department of Federal service of Punishment Execution (FSIN) Special purpose unit. Saturn was formed in April 1992 as a part of the Moscow department of Punishment Execution (UIN) under the Ministry of Interior. In 2006 the whole UIN system (including all regional departments and special purpose units) was renamed to the Federal Service for Punishments Executions and was placed from Ministry of Interior under the Russian Ministry of Justice.
Saturn unit is also often called "Jail Spetsnaz".

Current duties:
1. Saturn unit participated in Counter-terrorist operation in the Chechen Republic, including the storming of Grozny in December 1994 - January 1995 and Second Chechen War.
2. In summer 2000, Saturn officers protected PACE delegates during their visit to the Chechen Republic.
3. Participating in hostage rescue operation in Kapotnya investigative isolation ward №9 on September 2006
3. Providing protection and convoy support during both Mikhail Khodorkovsky cases.
